Add weighting to Design's strategic objectives.

Currently, all strategic objectives are given the same weight. I recently hosted a Team Discovery session with a client, and we realized that the Strategy Type her team ended up with was inaccurate. While only one of the objectives she chose ended up in Results & Discipline, that was the most important of all her objectives and should have carried more weight in the overall picture. I propose adding a weighting system for objectives - that way, a user's chosen objectives reflect the actual focus of the team.
