Increase the Robustness of data

Design gives great team data. It gives good information about the overall team. It is like icing on the cake for a functioning team. However, many teams don't have the cake baked. They are still trying to understand how to mix the flour and eggs. They need to understand the basics that used to be explained with Team Work Styles. They need to understand how each person communicates, makes decisions, and takes action. These are the initial place that people and teams stumble. Once they get down the basics of blocking and tackling, then the more sophisticated data around alignment to strategy becomes critical. There is no reason that there should not be individual player's strengths and weaknesses for people to see (it already exists, but it was sunsetted with work-styles). And, as you download the reports, it should have the individual data, such as preferred strengths and work-styles. This module should provide enough data so that teams can lean-in and explore their problems.
