Change factor letters to match the primary factor name

From the end user's standpoint and explaining the assessment to an untrained leader, it would be much simpler and easier to understand if the letters of the primary factors matched the first letter of each factor like below (instead of A, B, C, D).
D - Dominance
E - Extraversion
P - Patience
F - Formality
