Add to Team option under Admin drop-down

When on a search results page or in a folder, need the ability to checkmark people and use the Admin drop down to Add to Team (used to be able to do this when it was Groups).

This would save so much time to all the HR admins and managers that don't have much time to type and browse

This is very similar to another request, combine them and the number of votes would rise.
